Your
first contact will be with our Reception Team who will discuss
how best the Adelphi can suit your requirements. They will
be available to you throughout the planning process and
for the whole time you are at The Adelphi. They will make
all the arrangements for you. All you need to do is tell
us what you want and when - we will do the rest.
The Adelphi has been designed with
your needs in mind. We understand that, to make your event
successful and productive, you need to know that the facilities
available are first class. At the Adelphi you can be sure
of this.

Your first impression of a dynamic and exciting building
will be confirmed as you enter our reception and waiting
area where your delegates will be greeted by our friendly
and efficient reception personnel, or in your own registration
area.
On the ground floor level are our
two large conference spaces which can be used either jointly
or as stand alone units. Both have full conference facilities,
flat floors and removable seating enabling them to be used
for workshop or parallel sessions, or for presentation or
product launch events.
On the first floor, accessible to disabled visitors by
means of a chairlift, are our comfortable and well equipped
meeting and training rooms. Again full conference facilities
are available within these spaces which are ideally suited
for board meetings, training sessions or as interview suites.
